SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE







SPAGHETTI BOLOGNESE

PEGETTI SAUCE 

Ingredients : 

Fresh tomatoes ~ diced 
Garlic ~ chopped 
1 can of tomato and garlic 
a bit of dried oregano 
a bit of dried sweet basil 
salt to taste 
a bit of sugar 
a bit of grated cheddar cheese 
a bit of olive oil 

Method : 

1. Saute garlic in the olive oil till fragrant. 
2. Add in chopped tomatoes. Cook till tomatoes are pureed. 
3. Pour in the canned tomato and garlic. 
4. Stir well and add in the sugar and salt to taste. 
5. Add in the dried oreganum and sweet basil. 
6. Before turning off the heat, add in some grated cheddar cheese to thicken the sauce. 

Meat ball 

Ingredients : 

1/2 kg minced meat (saya guna chicken ) 
1 tablespoon crushed garlic 
fresh corriander ~ chopped 
green chillies ~ pounded 
2 tablespoons chana flour 
1 egg (medium) 
1 teaspoon fennel powder (jintan manis) 
3/4 teaspoon curry powder 
2 tablespoons lemon juice 
salt 
paprika 

Method : 

1. Mix everything together and roll into small balls. 
2. Deep fry.
